Learner
account
RighTutors collects and processes the personal
data you submit when registering and subsequently changing your Account
settings. For registration purposes, you submit your login credentials
(username and passwords), first name, last name and email. You can also edit
your account at any time by adding additional information and synchronize your
Google and RighTutors Calendars. This additional information can help you find
a suitable time with a teacher or have better visibility of your schedule.
At the same time, you are not required to
provide additional information that is not specifically necessary for
registration; it is your choice.
3.2
Teacher
account
RighTutors collects and processes the personal
data you submit when registering and subsequently editing your profile. For
registration purposes, you submit your login credentials (username and
password), first name, last name, telephone number and email. You can also edit
your profile at any time by adding additional information and synchronize your
Google and RighTutors Calendars. This additional information can help you find
a suitable time with a learner or have better visibility of your schedule.
At the same time, you are required to provide
additional information that is necessary for registration. Therefore, you
should include additional data to your profile, such as country, language
skills, education and work experience.
Certain personal data, such as usernames and
location that are listed in your user profiles or derived from IP addresses,
may be viewed by other users on the Services or across the web.

Subscription
to the RightTutors Blog
You may choose to subscribe to the RighTutors
Blog to receive newsletters and updates from the RighTutors Blog. To do this,
we ask you to provide us with your email address.
3.4
Publication
of information

RighTutors. This may be an online survey and form you complete on RighTutors, a

Video
courses, training, group courses and webinars

interactions in videos when you lead/take group lessons on the RighTutors
platform, participate in group training or tours, or attend our webinars and
events. We will not record you without first notifying you and asking for your

voluntarily provide to us for the purposes set out below. For our part, we

the teacher ranking algorithm and improve your experience for our legitimate

Facebook and Instagram, Meta Platforms , Inc. ("Meta”) is the joint controller
of the processing of personal data. In particular, Meta and RighTutors are the
joint controllers of page preview data and statistics, your reactions and
comments to our posts, and other information you make available to RighTutors
by contacting us.

to your activity on RighTutors pages on the social media platforms mentioned
above or our processing of your personal data.
These service providers mentioned in
subsections 1 and 2 help us ensure the security of your data on RighTutors.
5.3
Transfer of data in the event of a change of
control or transfer of assets
In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale or
change of control, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of your
personal data and to notify affected users before the personal data is
transferred or becomes subject to a privacy policy different.

Businesses registered with RighTutors Services

progress and assessment test results with respective employers or contractors.

Independent contractors working on behalf of
RighTutors

long will personal data be processed and stored by RighTutors?
Personal data is not stored for longer than
necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
Generally, RighTutors retains your personal
data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your RighTutors
account, we will delete your personal data from our active systems and servers
within 90 days or sooner.
However, in the event of a conflict situation,
RighTutors may retain your personal data for a longer period in order to
establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Upon resolution of the dispute, all personal
data will be deleted if the standard retention period has expired.
